Yeah that is why after a streak of 14 days I became more emotional, and actually cried in a long time. Made it to 23 days and then relapsed numerously in two weeks. Now I try to pick myself up and continue.

Fapping to porn numbs me emotionally, and mentally too. While mentally and cognitively I am top notch when it comes to engaging tasks, boring tasks were much easier when I was on my nofap streak.

It's an addiction, a response to stress and lack of anything in my life. Before starting nofap, I did my workouts to not feel like shit all the time. After starting nofap, I do my workouts because it is fucking enjoyable. Few days ago I went out running after few weeks of not running due to surgery on my skin. And it was really awesome. I relapsed that day though. But still running while on nofap is awesome, running after I fapped is extremely tiresome.

I do nofap because I'm depressed and don't have boners anymore.
