Say it was a major wake up call for you and that you understand the gravity of what is going on with your grades and inappropriate actions. Ask for help and say you want more than anything to try and make something positive come from this. Don't leave until they kick you out and then appeal the fuck out of it if they try. There is opportunity in everybevent and maybe you can use this thing you've done to turn over a new leaf and head in the right direction. It is a set back but could be good for you in the long term. Whatever you do though don't give up on yourself because if you won't even help yourself then what reason does anyone have to think helping you will be worth their time. You need help from the dean and maybe a counselor. Also take advantage of the tutoring and writing/math center your school almost certainly has to help you going forward.
