There's this indian guy living next to me. Whenever he sees me, he doesn't speak. I usually manage at least a good morning or good afternoon, but he just stares at me. I honestly can't tell whether he hates me or whether he's just as anxious as I am. I can't read his emotionless dark indian face.

Only in the past month I've started to have social anxiety.
Most of my life until like one year ago I thought I was the absolute shit. Nothing I could do was wrong. I was a lot happier then. I've had this identity crisis or something, I don't know.
I don't give a shit about what people think and I'm not scared of them, but still when I'm in a social situation my body reacts panicy because I have no idea where to look, where to put my hands, what position to sit in, etc. I try to watch people and mimic what they do.
