People who say this shit "ooh I eat so much and I don't get fat", it always turns out they don't eat much. Simple fact is if you were exceeding your maintenance calories you would be gaining weight.

I have the opposite problem, I literally can't make myself eat, I never feel hungry and most of the time just can't be bothered to get up and go through all the trouble of eating, yesterday all I ate was a piece of toast.

Go on a medically supervised fast. Basically consists of drinking water and taking vitamin pills for several months. Hunger goes away after a day and you survive on your fat. Blood gets tested to ensure you dont develop any problems. Google it and go doctor shopping, anon.

i was a fat fuck in my teens, moved out and then lost all my excess weight in half a year because i cba'd to do anything so i just ate 1 unhealthy, high calorie meals every day but that was all i ate so i didn't gain weight
