That's the entire point of Facebook. For normies to brag and justify their meaningless existences. Their lives literally revolve around finding the next thing to put on Facebook which they think will impress people. They're not as happy as you think. By having Facebook you are playing that game, whether you intent too or not, and so of course if you have no superficial shit to post on there you are going to lose and feel bad.
I recommend just getting rid of Facebook and living your life instead. I deleted it 7 years ago and I don't regret it.
