Well usually, a bunch of people go out of their way to systematically abuse a person because of their perceived flaws, forgetting for a brief moment they live in America. That anger... That white hot hatred that feels like its going to melt your insides. You just want everyone to suffer a modicum as much as you have. They treated you like a nonhuman so its not like it matters if a nonhuman kills a human.
These boys are born into a world that never wanted them to start with. Each day they're reminded of how much others have and how they will never experience it.
