No, they definitely can. Some of the biggest autists I've known in my life were girls. The biggest sperglord I knew growing up was this girl who naruto-ran in the hallway, shit her pants on multiple occasions, and openly picked her nose and rubbed her crotch in class (among other things). I went to school with her from 6th grade until the end of high school and it was pretty disgusting.
The difference between girl autists and boy autists, however, is that girls ALWAYS have friends. No matter how weird a girl is, she will always have a group of friends to support her. This particular girl for example had her own weird ass clique and even a fucking boyfriend at one point, some equally as autistic obese dude.
So yes, girls can absolutely be autistic sperglords, I have plenty examples of girls besides this one to back it up, however it's far easier for them to get away with it because they aren't as alienated by society compared to your typical male autist. (Really, this is pretty much the difference between boys and girls in general.)

I really love this show. It exceeded expectations, but the thing I hate about it the most is the female bias/no male gems thing. Everything else about it is great. Autism is a spectrum. Females as a whole are LESS likely to have autism, and the ones that do are less likely to have it as bad as males do.
That being said, people seem to also agree that autism is over-diagnosed and mis-diagnosed at the same time.
