First of all i agree with most of what you said but i want to point something out.
The Chad in OPs pic has amazing genetics as well. I have a small waist, broad shoulders and a deep chest but im screwed over because of my huge hips and legs, so i will never have a v taper like in the pic. You cant achieve everything by just working hard.
