Carpal tunnel obviously. Take heed. It can basically cripple you for life, require expensive surgeries. Don't fuck with your wrists and hands. Check your computer setup, look into ergonomics, spend less time on the computer. Take it seriously.

It's not unusual at all for someone's wrist to hurt after overuse. You probably don't have carpal tunnel. Just give your wrist a break and stop using it.
