I have a 2% fixed 30y loan and there is no reason to pay such a cheap loan back when markets generate more than 2% + inflation even if you use a passive semi market portfolio.

Cornell is fine but as i said, out in nowhere i wish i had gotten into Haward but i couldnt. I really like boston although its expensive as fuck. Cornells got a really nice atmosphere tho. It does feel good, especially because I actually worked hard for it, though it was a lot cheaper than market price. I bought it from the real estate company I worked for who had bought it at foreclosure auction.
