I wake up between 1 and 3 pm every day. I go to sleep past 3 am. I've been trying to fix my sleep schedule but it's not working. I can go to sleep any hour but I'm always too tired to wake up before 1 pm.

I've had basically every sleeping pattern possible. From my experience a 'normal' sleep cycle is a meme.
The best cycle is the one which doesn't impact your life in a negative way. Find out what works for you and screw what other people thing.
