Ah, you probably don't mean quantum theory about choice, but which quantum theory I like most. It's an odd question because I'd not call different theories in that framework 'different quantum theories', because they mostly share their math.
I worked on 'matrix models', which descibe noncommutative spacetimes, related to Connes work (pic related) - but it's not I like this theory much more than others.
I'm mostly interested in statistical physics and theormodynamics, but also reading along in the developments in homotopy type theory (or dependent type theories in general) and look what can be done for physics in that framework.
I have a fairly good understanding of foundations, for a physicist. Model theory, categories, topoi, classical, intuitionistic, modal logics etc. I read one-two books on incompleteness etc. Or, arguably softer, Wittgensteins first. What are the philosophical aspects you're interested in?
