literal bootlickers. the thing is i'm one right now so i speak from experience.
here how day go: wake up despite being want more sleep, getting car drive to worksite, then get there immediately feel a negative energy from all the slave laborers. boss will give everyone an order to do, divide us up into work teams, then we get started. all the workers on the team will be grouchy and unhelpful. if you make one mistake the workers will bitch at and speak very negatively for something that takes one minute to correct - also when being friendly they're really just being patronizing (boss does this quite often). boss doesn't really oversee anything because he doesn't want you to see him doing nothing so he literally wanders off while the laborers do all the work of the contract.
make pennies on the dollar this money isn't worth the work i can assure you. if i defend myself against the other employees they snitch it to the boss, if a mistake is made and boss comments on it (not even asking who did it) they'll all point fingers, they'll talk about the other workers and always say bad things about hte boss. wageslaves are disgusting.
everyone say he speak from a subjective standpoint but most people who've worked will agree with me and if not they don't want to admit they're bad status.
i'm not smart so i can't really get technical skills, i'm not sociable nor dominant so i'll never be consdiered for managerial positions, i have no desires to start businesses or make money so this is something that plagues me knowing it's this or be kicked out for being 23 jobless at home.
