When people like what they see, their eyes will widen or "light up". That's clearly not what is happening in the picture.

Most men are pretty awful at reading body language. I was on the train and I saw this asian guy staring at a white girl. Like literally just staring. She was visibly uncomfortable but he either couldn't see it or didn't care. Eventually she just moved seats so that she wasn't directly in his line of sight.

I imagine that asian guy as the kind of person who comes on /r9k/.
