Here's what would've happened. You went to an average elementary school. Assuming you were white then you'd be in a decent, homogeneous community. You'd never been influenced by video games, television, or music that would make your personality deviate too far from the norm and if you did, you'd be whipped in line, both by teachers and fellow children.
You'll spend your free time with a mix of radio, television, and outdoors (suburban communities are tightly knit, and even if you were just the punching bag for a bigger group you'd still go). You'd find some hands on activity you enjoy. Carpentry, sports, etc. Since there isn't a myriad of distractions to pull you away from the one thing you become quite good at it.
You go into high school. By now you'd have learned the rules of social engagement, even if you still had an inner core of aspie robot in you. You're by no means a Chad, but you get along fine. You might not go to many sock-hops or make it to Make-Out Point with a "hot mama" but your high school experience is rich and memorable nonetheless, even if most of your memories are cheering on the football team or the school dance.
You leave high school decently adjusted and physically decent. Your diet hasn't destroyed your body and you find yourself to be "well" by most standards.
So would life have been easier for robots back then? Robots wouldn't have existed. Make of that what you will.

Even 50 years ago, which was 1960, people traveled less. They relied on their circle of friends and nightclubs or shit to meet people. No internet to fish for chads. You took what you could get so your friends wouldn't wonder why you weren't married by the ripe old age of 27.
Ironically, no internet would have also made things harder as well. If you didn't go out, you couldn't talk to anyone.

Studies show that anti-social/socially awkward people tend to occupy themselves with the internet, video games, and stay in their rooms, which can still decrease their social skills. If it was the 50's-70's , robots would have no choice but to communicate with people.

In finding women, it was significantly easier. Simply because girls had far less options, basically limited to males that were in walking distance. Plus, girls had tons of pressure to find a husband at a young age. The rating system was even back then, maybe even tilted to males. If you were a 4+ male, women needed you.

Kids were forced to work at young ages back then so we'd all get tough quick. There's also very little bullshit to occupy ourselves with (no vidya, no internet, etc.) so we'd be pretty much forced to socialize. "Manly" values were taken a lot more seriously and our fathers wouldn't be willing to put up with our autism for very long.
As for sex and dating, it would be infinitely easier. Women were pretty much doormats back then and they were almost guaranteed virgins until marriage. And if you're lucky enough to be born into the higher class, marriages were practically arranged.
I'd say this is all true up to the 60's when the sexual revolution began and women suddenly weren't doormats anymore. TV was also widespread and child labor laws were in place, meaning more free time to sit around and do nothing all day.
