jk. I'm lactose intolerant. Have you tried the pills that lactaid makes? They're OTC and work well for some people.
i hve it in cycles. itll be good for a few weeks, then ill have a few bad days where im on the toilet for an hour only able to squeeze out a little soft serve finding no relief. also that bowling-ball-gut feeling is pritty badman
i probably dont have a real disorder though tbqh, i just eat shitty foods. mcdonalds for breakfast every day, either a BLT or a steak sandwich for lunch, and for dinner either veal parm or something like that or chink buffet

Mine used to be terrible before i quit caffeine. It's still bad and all, but at least now i can get up and face the day
I feel sorry for people with IBS. On the rare occasions that I have liquid shits my ass starts hurting for the next few hours. Wouldn't want to live with that butthurt all my life.

Try kratom. For most people it causes them to be horribly constipated, but for myself (with IBS) it actually makes me have normal shits. Although depending on my diet, they can get pretty big and hard, but still better then diarea. Other IBS people have had the same effect.
