On a diet. Feels better losing all my fat than eating. I don't know how to describe it ,but it feels good when your stomach is empty. Right now I'm 200lbs and want to get down to my original weight 140lbs. Let myself go after college due to sickness and depression where I gained 70lbs in a year. Hopefully I make my goal of 160lbs by summer. People always told me I looked too skinny and sickly at 140lbs but I always thought I looked good at that weight.
I eat Oatmeal or 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast
Lunch I eat turkey on wheat
Dinner I have chicken breast with salad
If I have a snack it's usually Greek Yogurt with chocolate protein powder
