I limit myself to 6-9 shots of whiskey nightly. I'm on a Knob Creek kick right now. One beer is fine. Just don't get fat. It's harder to take it back off.
Gonna ask this here. How come when I drink beer out of a bottle, it always foams out the top? What causes that? I'm not doing anything strange, just drinking it.
I don't think it's bad, assuming your "one" doesn't mean 1-5 beers on most nights and maybe 24 beers on Friday.
