My current lowest weight is below 123 at 5'7". I'm trying to get that to 119.8 just to prove to myself I can and alleviate anxiety about becoming morbidly obese with my sedentary career known for high rates of obesity. A fifth of a pound a week is how much I'm lowering my pre-meal limit. Just weighing myself before I eat is much less tedious than counting calories. It's working so far. Currently at 124.4. I may gain some during an upcoming trip to places with lots of vegan restaurants. And all the walking should add some muscle.
