Little by little. Start with little things you can hold yourself accountable to, like washing your dishes when you're done eating or picking up your trash instead of leaving it on your horizontal surface. Then when you can do that make yourself do a bigger thing, then compound it until you're a millionaire or whatever your end goal is.
You can start weight loss easily. Take the stairs if you can. Order healthier food if it's not too inconvenient.
