Real talk iTunes is actually pretty good. Google play music's stuff is fine too, but the UI doesn't gel with me.
I use old winamp pro, but I've been moving to music bee. Foobar is too lightweight for me when other players feel just as fast with more functionality in my opinion

you can use foobar to auto organize your music too
itunes is shit at it and you can't customize how it organizes anything
Eh, I use Spotify now since it almost has everything I listen it. Keep in mind I'm a what.cd power user.
Tbh the only music player I now use is Shuttle on my Android phone.

Rockbox is the best player available.
Plays a lot of formats, runs on hardware orders of magnitude weaker than all your PCs, has music quality features I don't even understand, and has playback features some big PC players don't have (gapless playback, .cue support, .lrc support). It even supports cover art.

my pc isn't a total fucking toaster but a music program should never take that fucking long to start.
even browsing albums is like swimming through fucking mud.
I even have to seriously consider whether or not i like an artist or song enough to be bothered with the fucking chore that is syncing.

there's nothing to check out with rockbox, it's embedded software written for hardware from the mid to late 2000s, so unless you have an old ass iPod that you want to get use out of for some reason then that's all its good for.
