Massively addicted to fapping.
Usually around 2-3 hours worth a day last night 5 hours straight.
Have a GF, still have to do it any day I don't see her.
Affecting my body and sexual performance.

Don't really have any tips, I pretty much just stopped after I started going out with a girl (which lasted like three weeks only) and haven't felt the urge ever since. A little longer than a month since I last fapped.
I haven't really noticed any change though, like at all, aside from having like an extra hour of free time every day (used to do it at least once a day prior to coming to a full stop)

It sucks because stopping will trigger a miniature withdrawal. If you can resist the urge long enough though, it will eventually subside. I wonder if doing it again will re-trigger the behavior like a standard addiction though? It might be that chronic masturbators have developed pathways, whereas other people do not, But I could be wrong.

Yeah, idk man just haven't really felt like doing it since I stopped. And I fapped quite a lot, somewhat often I'd do it more than once a day and most of my sessions were pretty long too
It's not much better, your brain just gives you extra dopamine points because it's closer to what the instinctual evolutionary biological imperative wants you to do.

Fapping is a way to keep uncomfortable feelings and thoughts from escaping your subconscious. It's time to stop hiding from your feelings and face them. It will be tough but you will be a stronger person for it.

I've decided to start nofap last Wednesday. It's since then (5 days) I'm not doing it. First 3 days was not a big deal, but especially since yesterday and today I feel the urge to fap, like a lot and can't stop thinking about it.
I believe I will do that again, today, even if I think I'm already seeing some minor results just like less yawning during the day.
I'm addicted to closure. Just closing parentheses is euphoric. I make a lot of TODO lists in org-mode so I can mark tasks as DONE.
The funny part is, fapping isn't a very strong addiction. It's just that you can't very well get rid of that pleasure stick between your legs unless you pull a Bruce Jenner, so the temptation is always within reach and hard to deal with.
