As a guy with a decent amount of dating experience, I'd say the ultimate quality in a girl is humility, but that entails knowing her place. Not being insecure and questioning of you, and being able to listen. I was working at a theater, and while I met a woman that was a working bitch mom stereotype, plenty of degenerate "artists" and other women, the ones that stood out were two of the coordinators, they never, EVER said anything mean. I noticed when some of the workers were just talking, a few of them were saying negative things about some people behind their back, and this one woman never said a bad word about anyone. The other woman, I haven't heard her in casual conversations, but she would never say anything negative. Both of these women were kinda "30 year old educated" looking, but were thin and pretty. It stood out because most people are just so negative about anyone they don't approve of.
