Depending on your tolerance, I would try up to 4, don't want too much APAP.
If you want it to feel better, take 50mg diphenhydramine before hand for better nod and it reduces any potential nausea. Drinking some DXM as well, not a lot, just the normal amount for a cough, this will potentiate it along with the benedryl. Don't take any with Tylenol in it as the norcos already have some in them and it can destroy your liver. Lie down, relax, put on a movie, and nod away.
