Mouthfeel:thick, almost offensively mild, absolutely no burn of any indication it has alcohol other than a vague chemical burning in the nose.
Taste:cheap wine with some grass and old flowers with bugs growing in a ditch with a (thankfully) brief finish of burnt dog shit and sardines canned in brine.
I give it a 0/10. This is honestly the worst swill I've ever had to put in my mouth. Why my dumbass thought $25 for a handle was a good deal I'll never understand. Scotland doesn't know shit about whiskey. They can't even spell it right. I'm giving the rest to my gf. Ginger ale is the only thing it halfway mixes decent with. It's not considered abuse until it starts negatively impacting your life. I drink bourbon daily, occasionally I"ll have a beer or two. a majority of the time I drink alone. It doesn't impact my life in any way other than good though, so I'm not worried. If you're driving to work drunk or have to drink just to keep the shakes at bay then it might be worth considering the possibility of alcoholism, but until then drink away.

I started out the same way and have slowly been drinking more every night.
Although I don't drink nearly as much as other people in this thread, I think its a slippery slope I'm slowly going down. It doesn't help I come from a family of drunks and crazies on one side and smackheads on the other. If you can control it you don't have a problem, but if you tell yourself "Oh i'll just have one with a meal" and it ends up turning into way more its probably becoming an issue.

2oz is a good starting placing. Increase slightly for higher weight and maleness. Don't get sick. I got sick on scotch once and couldn't drink anything that was aged in wood for nearly 3 years without getting nauseous. All the best spirits are aged in barrels so it really sucked. Take it slow. You can always drink more but too much and al you can do it wait it out or puke(you don't get to decide which one you do either).

I had to cut back to beer only after I started going through a liter of vodka every 3-4 days. I realize that's pretty light drinking for some of you fucks, but both sides of my family are predisposed to alcoholism and I'm not going down that road.

I have a problem where I don't feel drunk anymore, no matter how much I drink. I used to feel totally wasted after drinking like two beers about a year ago but now I struggle.
