Dinner is mostly the same as lunch for me I just like having bigger portions for dinner

Apple
Tbsp of Peanut Butter

Dude listen. All you need to do is a 5-day fast-mimicking diet every 30 days. You eat 40-50% of your normal calorie level, but packed with fiber and vitamins/minerals. Carbs are slow-releasing, not sugars/refined starches.
Some niggers did a study and found that literally ONLY doing this and not making any changes the other 25 days per month led to weight loss without muscle loss, and multiple measures of health improving.
Surely you can handle being disciplined 5 out of every 30 days, right?
