r9k, is there something wrong with me?. i like trains. i think trains are the most fucking cool thing ever. i like being on trains, i like looking at trains, i like looking at maps of train networks, i like the sound trains make when they go nearby. trains are just fucking great and i have no idea why. i've even torrented train simulator 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 but i have to play them on the lowest setting because my laptop cant handle anything else, but even with the shittest graphics i dont mind.
is this weird? i dont have any other autist kind of interests at all, i dont watch anime or play any vidya. i just really like trains, does anyone else feel this way?

Trains are comfy
Nothing like getting to a big train station early, getting a nice not beverage to take on the train
>>24289012
I prefer to get a cold beverage and a sandwich, but yes it is nice
You are so god damn fucking lucky please be greatfull. I would fucking kill to have something that I'm genuinely interested in. Please please please be greatfull that you are so stoked about something.
trains comfort me because they're strong, stable and have a destination, unlike me.

Welcome to the club mate. I would give everything that I have to have any interest that would motivate me to do stuff.
>trains are strong

>Transperth
I saw a naked abo woman asleep on a Transperth train once.
let's keep posting trains people
>tfw visiting tokyo station
I have some pictures of the shinkansen but they're too big and I don't feel like resizing for nothing
>>24289646
shinkansen are awesome
especially the 500 series
>>24289679
500 series is the best, yeah but the Nozomi N700 I was on felt pretty great
i got interested in trains because of writing graffiti actually. The one thing that i always still enjoy to this day is benching AKA watching trains go by and reading all the graffiti on them. After a while you get to know where some guys live and/or are based out of. Watching trains/benching is a decades old tradition that can be traced back to the subways of NYC in the 70's. The actual act of writing your name on a train goes back to the 30's and the great depression. I've known some train people who fucking hate the graffiti on trains and focus only on the actual cars themselves but i figured you would maybe want to know why graffiti writers specifically target trains.
I like trains as well but I'm a little bit autistic.
>>24288238
Why not consider a career with them? Like rail engineering or even driving the fucking things.
Turn your passion into a career and you won't be a wagekek because some kek will literally pay you decent money to do something you'd do anyways.
I wish I was interested in something, I feel like if I had a genuine passion that I would be able to do something with my life.
>>24289679
who could be behind this post I wonder
>>24288238
Are you me anon? That description could suit me as well.
Also I have a similar autistic interest for Skycrapers, and I live in a country were those kind of buildings aren't everywhere like in U.S.A.

That's a beautiful photo.
I actually felt it physically, and that's rare.

I like the graffiti that's actually artistic and not just some wigger writing his nickname
