Hey robots.
I just got this little cutie :^)
He doesn't bite, super friendly, basically the most lovable little guy on the face of the earth.
Why don't you have a ball python?
Because i have to feed it rats
>>24287763
You can buy them frozen, so it's not as sad.
>>24287763
That's a plus nigga. Rats suck and watching snakes eat things is cool as fuck.
Because can bearly take care of myself let alone another creature.
>>24287655
poisonous?
>>24287778
Even when it is an adult?
>>24287801
Nah i like rats they are really good pets too And very smart
>>24287655
because i already have a chameleon and a bearded dragon
>>24287655
I have one but it nipped me once and now I'm too scared to touch it without biting me
>>24287842
I assume you mean venomous.
Nope, completely safe
CRUSH THE BONES WITH YOUR THROAT
>>24287876
Yeah but you'd have to get bigger mice and rats then
>>24287914
That's sad, was it a wild caught one? Typically if you buy them from a breeder they are already used to being held and will never bite.
Unleash the fury, ball python, unleash the fuuuuuryyyyy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYumJ2ruv0E
who /slinky/ here?
did OP ever come back past the first two threads?
I've had some bearded dragons before they were cool as shit. I also had some mini chickens that were the absolute shit. They were about the size of a football and the hens were super cute sleeping in your hands. Now I want to buy a quail or a pair.
>>24287655
that's very cute, do they get stressed easily if you handle them?
>>24289516
Op here
:^)
I had two but they both died of a rare genetic disorder colloquially called moongazer's disease. They would raise their heads straight up until they fell over then bit their tails & seized up.
>>24289541
When they're babies or they aren't used to handling, yeah.
They are very nervous, skittish little creatures. But once they get used to handling, they become more relaxed
Implying I don't live with 4 of them already.
ball python a cute!!!!
>>24289690
What the fuck. These creatures kill by strangulation and you have one sliding around your neck?
>>24289761
They couldn't hurt you if they tried & they like the warmth from cuddling
My dog would eat it
>>24287834
Taking care of another life is an important part of growing up.
Parents that don't get their child a pet to teach them responsibility and the importance of life are worse than parents that put their kids in public school.
>>24289761
I love the feeling of them on me. She stayed in my hair for an hour like that. Sometimes when they're cold I'll put them in my shirt and let them warm up.
They don't want to eat me, thats absurd. If I smelled like rodents she might want to taste me, but otherwise i may as well be a giant piece of celery.

>>24289958
awww
i have my beardie on me right now, he's nuzzling my neck
>>24289761
Ball pythons don't see humans as prey, and won't try to attack.
>>24289845
Mine would too, so I keep it in my room, away from my other pets.
>>24289825
But they're made to strangle and crush mammal skeletons.
>>24289958
How can you know they don't want to eat you. Well eat you after crushing you that is, isn't that their occupation? Why do I see flicks of them on TV crushing little animals. It's what they do, like how a pit bull rips an animal to shreds for example.
>>24290039
Is this just ball pythons then, rather than wild pythons? I guess they're tamed or something.
>>24287655
They're cute, but I want a pet that actually moves.
Pets are shit.
>>24290134
Ball pythons are different than regular pythons, they don't grow big enough to strangle you, and I don't even think they strangle prey. They just swallow anything they want to eat.
>>24290212
They move a lot, if you bring it out of the cage and let it explore its super cute
>>24290248
Nah
>>24290134
Hahahah TV is absurd! Always using slimy slither noises when snakes move when in real life they don't make noise on their own, its the surface they go across. They aren't slimy. They aren't out to get me. And the ones that bite and poop can fuck off, I wont hold them.
>>24290248
what about fish?
>>24290455
>>24290488
I guess you guys are extremely happy with reptiles. I always thought mammals like cats and dogs with temperaments similar to humans were the pets to have but reptiles? They just seem so inanimate by comparison.
>>24291893
snakes are amazing its like they dont have any emitons and just exist to observe shit. They require minimal care too.
>>24287655
grow him big then fuck him like that webm
post back in several years when you've done this
