One of my favorite openings. Very nice music, but the unique visuals take the cake. This opening was actually storyboarded by Kunihiko Ikuhara, director of Utena, Penguindrum, and recently Yurikuma. The OP is very reminiscent of his style with the white backgrounds, the colorful symbols, and flowers growing about. Its great.

Whole soundtrack is brilliant, it's too bad not more anime uses old classical music, not sure if there's licensing issues or something. A few series may have short passages from classical tunes in them tho, some in Ghost in the Shell, Baccano had some strauss, One Piece had a little Beethoven etc, but never utilizes the whole tunes.

Romcom done by EVA's director, Anno, and probably the best romcom i've seen. Improves IMMENSELY on a mediocre manga, and one of those few cases where the anime is superior to the source. Also something that actually has the relationship develop throughout the show.
