So yesterday /r9k/ met my new bearded dragon, and we named him slinky via A4 paper voodoo. The general consensus was that I should keep regular threads. It won't be daily, it probably won't be every other day, but I'd like to keep those interested in the lil' guy's wellbeing up to date.
If I ever do make a thread it will be around this time of the day. Anyway I guess I'll dump a few pics of slinky.

yeah, their beards darken when stressed. I think it's also a mating display for when they're in season but he's only ever lived with his sister and they've kept apart mostly.
as for tricks I have no idea, probably not. they just sorta lay around.
i visited my edgy artist friend last week, her husband keeps 6 drawers of lizards. i opened the drawers one by one, and the last one had really REALLY stinky poop. does Slinky also has smelly poo poo pee pee?

He is full size, he is actually nearly 4 years old.
He's very quiet, but when he's being handled he audibly wheezes a little. I've been assured it's normal, probably from the slight compression on his body. (I'm handling him properly don't worreh)
