Kind of exactly the same. I played a NE resto druid from early vanilla all the way to wotlk, and everyone thought I was a girl. Even in other games, people assumed I was a girl without even trying. The truth couldn't be more opposite. I'm basically a 6'4" grizzly bear pretending to be human.
