Dude not even that guy but my tuition a semester was 25k. I had a +$200 grand education and only skated out with about 50k in debt. Thank you God I didn't get a useless degree and will be able to pay it all back before I die.

Not always. If you qualified for free or reduced price school lunches or lived in public housing or lived off of food stamps, you would get some waivers for the SAT from your counselor. That would then get you waivers for college application fees.
