You often hear normalfags coming here telling us to "just lift" and how this miraculously will make our lives better. While they do have a point that if we suddenly would wake up one day looking like Arnold, it certainly would make our lives better. The problem is that it's impossible for us to make that journey for the same reasons we're ugly miserable losers today.

Lifting is 99% genetics. Don't let anyone tell you different because this is a cold, hard fact. Ask yourself, have you ever seen a muscular guy without a chiseled jaw and a masculine face? No, of course you haven't. Your success in adding muscle to your body is related to the same genetics that decide whether you will have a weak jawline with an andronymous face or a strong jawline with a masculine face, your testosterone levels. There's a reason Chad can do a brosplit and party 3 times a week and still pack on more muscle than Eugene keeping a perfect diet and a serious program.

If you're a low-test betamale like most if not all robots are, lifting won't do anything for you. You will add a minimal amount of muscle and after years in the gym you will maybe have made the same progress a teenage Chad made in 1 month.

the main point is to be active. it doesnt matter if you lift or play a sport on a regular basis. Exercise will make you feel better, period.

no it's more dependant on how active you were as a kid. If you never exercised and sat inside all day, you're going to have a worse physique than a kid who played sports a lot and went outside. Nutrition is the second most important thinf, because depending on what you eat and how much, calories will determine how big or small you get. Last is effort, if you're not pushing yourself, you're not going to get anywhere.

The advice to lift is not so much about getting ripped like a bodybuilder. It's aim is to teach you a little discipline. You've spend your life having zero self-discipline, lifting will teach you to do certain excersises at a certain day of the week and to pay attention to what you eat and stop shoving shit food in yourself. It makes you think about what's good for you. And this spreads though other areas in your life.

Lifting isn't even necessary. I don't lift at all, in fact Im a smoker, Im thin, and Im fairly out of shape. But my girlfriend is a solid 10 out of 10. Im not just lucky either, my last 3 girlfriends have been at least 8's, i dont have some secret formula, I suppose Im pretty charming, but that isnt effort thats just me honestly being myself. I think for some guys getting 10 out of 10s just isnt in the cards, I think ones attractiveness really just cant be fixed by lifting or even a wealth or status update. You've obviously never set foot in a gym, I've seen loads of buff guys with ugly faces and weak jaws. The reason they tend to have stronger jaws on average is because on average they have lower bf% so their faces are thinner and thus more defined. Most of you probably have pretty good jaws under that baby fat.

Yeah genetics is a HUGE part of it, and some dudes will get bigger easier than you, and probably look better, but why should you live life at the bottom when you could at least help yourself a little?

If you're at home, look at yourself in the mirror and weigh yourself, then take only the amount of food you think you deserve to eat. Lifting is the ultimate robotic physical activity though. You don't have to talk to normies. The weights aren't going to let you down or betray you and not let you lift them because you're ugly. Maybe you're right, if you're born a low test skinny manlet, there's just a limit on what you can achieve but it's probably not as low as you think. Don't lift for girls it's not going to make your ugly face anymore attractive and it doesn't give you any social status.
