What I've been doing since the HSC is to create two summaries of every subject - the first one is just a basic text dump summary (I usually try to stick to 1 page per week/lecture) and I'll do multiple lectures per day (depends on how much time I have, this time I'm doing 3 a day so it's done in 4 days). After that's done I make 'super summaries' where I try and condense it down as much as possible in a landscape oriented page with four columns at 8pt font, all formatted and highlighted and shit
I can fit most uni subjects into 2-4 pages this way
This is, of course, if you have two weeks before your exams (which I manage to always get, thanks UTS) and the motivation to spend a couple hours each day

Move to shitty old Adelaide. Adelaide university accepts STAT results even if you just finished school. Otherwise, many open universities courses don't need an atar or stat, just need to get decent results for the first four subjects of your degree. I recommend you work at least 20 hours a week to make this look less lazy though.
