The problem with this oneitis shit is that it defeats itself. You put a woman on such a pedestal that you could never have her even if the opportunity arose. If she's really your friend then she should have no problem acting as your wingman, and trust me, a hot female wingman is the best kind to have. I have a pretty good radar for girls that want to friend zone you. Its different than a platonic relationship. And its NOT a budding relationship.
A platonic relationship is equal in give and take, I'm friends with plenty of girls and I don't feel a sense of longing because it started friendly. Could a relationship happen later? Who knows, if it does its going to take a while. All the mystery is gone, I know that person.
But women I get with; the attraction is apparent and easy, it isn't hard to talk to them because they make themselves available to you. Really available, if there is ANY sense of her not bothering to meet up with you avoid it. Avoid the wasted time, you don't have to explain yourself.
