Well that picture is a few years old, but Subways are all generally modeled the same. Pic is an older store built in the mid 90s. Newer stores will have lines that face the other way. That being said, Subway as a standardized look you have to comply with. We went through a few different minor remodelings including different light fixtures, wall hangings, wall paper, etc. You have to conform to the same placements generally, though. This store is much smaller than most newer subways being that it's about 20 years old. Maybe you work in an older Subway.

The seafood is kinda gross. It's imitation crab mixed with mayo. Tuna too is mixed with metric fuckton of mayo. There really isn't anything that gross though, same you can imagine in any chain fastfood place. None of the product is particularly fresh or fancy. it's made to be cheap and easy. We had a pretty terrible distributor at our store, though. The produce we were sent was awful a lot of the time. Coming to us moldy, damaged and rotten. Had to complain to them constantly about sending unusable product.
Subway as a whole seems pretty fine, you're much more likely to encounter gross individuals working there than gross practices the company promotes.

Not him but the one I worked at was super clean. People often commented about how it was their favorite Subway because it was so clean.If other people didn't clean adequately I'd discipline them.
I'd dust, wipe and clean every facet of the store every chance I got and scrubbed the floors every few days.
I especially didn't do any shady shit with the food, even to people I fucking hated. I made sure all the food was up to date and Fresh(tm).
They are fucking everywhere, being clean actually sets you apart from the other Subways
