I found that using something you really like as a subject for your drawings helps a lot.
I started when I was 13 drawing characters from Spongebob because I loved it, then found another thing I liked and started drawing it.
The key thing is: have fun while you do it or it's useless. Don't force it, let it happen.

There is nothing to teach, a lot of it is instinct and muscle memory.
I think I saw some of your comics around, I remember one with the same style. You already have the abilities you need. but you want to get better, right?
My advice is: let yourself be inspired by other artists. See something you like? COPY IT. Try to follow what the artist wanted to do.
This is great to increase your artistic "vocabulary". Forcing yourself to change the way you draw takes you out of the comfort zone. That's where improvement lies. If you do enough of this you'll improve. That's how I did it anyway.

For years I used some shitty cheapo supermarket mouse and drew those Pepe and Wojak drawings, but then I bought a super accurate gaming mouse and now I can draw really accurately. Still would need a wacom though.

You can find Wacom Bamboo really cheap even on Ebay.
I have been using my Bamboo Pen and Touch for years and it costed around 80 dollars.
If you take the touch feature away, I don't even use it, the price drops to 30 dollars.
It's affordable.
