First off, you have to establish that you have value. Different types of women will seek out different types of value. For one, literal actual money value might be her main target, while for another, humor might be that value.

- Be intelligent. Enough said.
- Be a genuinely good person. Don't be rude, genuinely smile, genuinely help strangers, share what you're doing.
- Have a sense of humour/be creative: resourceful house hacks, wordplay, etc.
- Have the modicum of physical attractiveness. (Not going to lie and say it doesn't matter at all.)
- Be cultured. Don't be rude, don't drink, smoke, be articulate.
If you're those, you will find a girl... and won't mind that much if you yet haven't.
