For me it's because of taxes. I make $100k+ a year on the internet and over here I would have to pay about 45% tax on it. In Prague it's only 13%.
And Prague is a very nice city too from the looks of it. Also you guys at least have a sensible policy to the "refugee" crisis.

Well I'm from Lithuania, we're considered eastern european even though we're from up north. We kind of consider ourselves eastern europeans, but it's gotten to a point where it's almost like a joke, we purposefully act like "eastern european stereotypes" for laughs and we consider ourselves "baltic" more than anything else, I'm sure each region in eastern europe has a similar distinction, but that's not really relevant, we're still considered eastern europeans by everyone.

No, I'm about 177 cm which isn't super short either but in the Netherlands it is kinda short. Czech is hard as fuck but I'll try to get the basics down. I'll be staying in either Prague 1 or Prague 2 so I think I just English shouldn't be too much of a problem there, right?

Yeah I won't be talking to many old people anyway I think unless they work at a store or something. Yeah I've looked at apartments all over Prague and 1 and 2 is the most expensive for sure but compared to the prices in the Netherlands it's still not bad at all. Most of the apartments I'm interested in in Prague 1 and 2 are like 1k euro a month without utilities.
