i have crohns disease and it's fucked my life over desu. i'm never going to get a mate because i don't look healthy, i have no energy to get shit handled or be productive, it's messed up my sleeping patterns, and now i find out that i'm having it again? seirous?

Fellow Crohnsfag here, spent 4 months of my life bedridden in agony with highly inflamed and ulcerated Colon before it literally perforated, leading to me getting over 3/4s of it removed. Im totally fine now even though it will come back at somepoint, im fairly optimistic about the future though as when it returns the symptoms wont be as bad and i'll know what it is straight away.

I'm currently untreated and I'm not experiencing any numbness / tingling. I can walk just fine. On medication, I had more issues for some reason.
