Opposite feel, really. Since I don't small talk or join in with the retarded back-biting and drama, I am able to work with anyone on the team comfortably. It actually makes me a useful employee, since the boss can finally forget about who hates who and juggle schedules to keep the fighting retards from working together.

It was honestly a pretty toxic environment. I ended up transferring stores to a location closer to my university, where I stayed until about midway through my senior year of college. I didn't like it there, either, but the delivery zone was larger and I got to spend more time in my car.
Honestly, I always get treated poorly by management at the entry-level jobs I work. But now:

Not trying to be a braggart or whatever. I still haven't accomplished anything particularly noteworthy, but I love how respected I feel now. Everybody at my old jobs treated me like I was an idiot because I didn't want to make friends with them. I'm not a mean guy or cold or whatever... people just think I'm a dick because I treat work like work and GTFO as fast as possible.
