Don't stay up late and sleep for more than 8-9 hours a day. Do light exercise and fix eating habits. It will not get better if you do not work on it, depression is horrible and apathy is really the worst part.

Sleep is actually really hard to change. Like op I hate everything and lift and all that shit but no matter how hard I try I can't sleep more than 6 hours without lots of drugs. And even with drugs I still wake up every two hours, drugs just get we back to sleep.
