How often do you go to the gym, /r9k/?
Or use your home gym if you have one.
I don't go to the gym nor do I work out desu. I'm too scared that people will judge me. I'm not fat though, I watch what I eat and drink. I have a bmi of 20 so that's nice.
Muscles wouldn't fit my face and character anyways so I would just jog desu
3-4 days a week for the first month
then i get bored and wean off gradually until i just stop going
thats happened 4 times now
Home gym master race
Spent probably 500 alltogether, but have used it since 2012, so i think i'm saving money

enjoy being a crippled, old man one day.
3/week, thought I have a week break from university to visit parents so I'll be doing bodyweight stuff in my room.
I just hit 300lb for deadlifts too which as a skele I'm pretty proud of but I'll lose those gains.
About 3 times a week but I'm going to start going 5-6 times a week starting January. Still got to have one day of drinking though

>Go for a few weeks
>Everything going great
>Deadlift
>Back sore as shit for 13 days
>Don't lift at all during those 13 days
>All motivation lost

If it's just a week pay for one or two sessions at the local gym, probably won't cost you more than fifteen quid

My parents live in a small town (Nowhere, Canada). There's a small gym and a hospital therapy/workout center. The gym offers 3 sessions as a trial before a 6 mo contract. I'm saving those 3 sessions for the christmas break. It's not a big deal - just not happy with going back in progress.

Massage and lift through soreness. It'll get better faster.
>20
>fat and weak
>bmi is borderline obese
>decide to work out
>pursue it for 3 days
>suddenly lose motivation and can't force myself to get up and work out
>rinse and repeat a few times per year for the last 5 years
I don't think I'm going to make it

I don't go to the gym because I'm not a pathetic insecure fagggot

At the moment I don't go to any gym.
I quit my old one a few months back as I'd stopped going on a regular basis.
I really didn't feel like going after work, since it involved doubling back to go home after and not being able to have dinner until around 8pm since I normally work pretty late.
And the weekend opening times weren't great, especially Sunday, so if I didn't move my lazy arse out of bed or was going somewhere, the gym was out.
However I've joined a new gym that is opening soon, it's on my way home and is open 24/7, so my only excuse for not going would be pure laziness.

If 300lb dl is skeleton status I need to re-evaluate my life

>I need to re-evaluate my life
Probably a good idea

An equivalent average gym membership for the same period would have cost you more, you broke even sometime last year.
