I have sent out hundreds of applications
but I just cant get a job.
even though the people at the places im trying to get hired at speak terrible English and mess things up all the time
(not messing shit up and being understandable is what id think would be the most basic requirement)

Get on ziprecruiters and indeed, find professional staffing services. Get one nice suit to include: navy jacket and matching slacks, white or blue button down shirt, a snazzy tie and socks, a pair of leather shoes in either oxblood, black, or brown leather. Match a belt to your shoes.
Get a job at a warehouse or call center making 15+ hourly
Get certified as a forklift operator and make more
Join a corporate construction company making 30+ hourly after two years and bennies
Mcds will probably deny you if they don't think you'll fit in. It's apparently a problem where some stores would discriminate against other races just to keep their pool homogenous (and I guess more comfortable for themselves?)

I'm working in a UPS Warehouse and our forklift drivers get nowhere near that amount, but one of them (20 years of experience) got a job recently at L'Oreal and his salary almost doubled.
Most of my colleagues are applying to work at Airports, because the pay is slightly better.
