Well, I don't leave the house very often.
Truth is though, people are generally nice to me or feel bad for me. They're never mean unless it's like teenage girls or something. The old people at this local deli I go to are really sweet to me and they ask me how I'm doing and actually remember what I say and continue asking about it. For the most part it's not bad because I've adapted to being lonely. I'm happy in general.
I'm not dealing with it very well :/
More acne now at 24 than at 14.
At least I feel I'm fairly good looking without it, but my face is only clear for like 2-3 days each month.

Actually, it's quite advantageous. At least for me. I don't have to preen myself for hours like Stacies or Chads do. I consider this fleshy thing that people call face as just a functional part of the human body.
I walk in the parks and spoop little kid when their parents aren't looking. I'm not even doing anything special, just change direction and walk towards them (then just walk past them). Half the time they get scared and run away when I look at them.

You can't trust anyone, and never open up to anyone. Because they will almost hurt you. Opening your feelings up to women and being ugly is a death wish. If you are young, like most of us, young women have extremely high standards and regularly sleep with 9/10 Chads and they share them around until the Chads start settling down and maturing a bit more, same with the women.
Being ugly means you can't experience most of the pleasures in this world, i.e friends, popularity, trust, girlfriends, sex, bonding, etc. So try to find an outlet to put that energy towards like your job. Aim towards something useful, don't waste that energy on video games.
