If you are a beginner I doubt you will be able to do one legged squats at this point, but google progressions.
For dips and pullups, aim for something reasonable
8-12, SLOW reps with good form, a few sets, maybe 3-4
This isn't really math, you don't need exact answers here, but:
If you can't do 8 pullups with good form for example, do as many as you can.
What matters imo is that you do it persistently and eat healthy
your body will take care of the rest
This minimalistic approach has made me feel a lot healthier, i think it will work for you too

imo the best thing to do is run a few times a week for a few months to build stamina, then lift 3 times a week consistently for 3-6 months while eating A LOT. After those months you should have plenty of strength for general athletic and work purposes, so then you can just maintain yourself with regular cardio and at least semi-regular lifting from then on.

I've been lifting consistently for the past 8 months. I'm starting to get burnt out to be honest family. Lifting makes me really hungry all the time so I always eat too much. This makes me fat and hides any progress I've made.
