Nope, but Camus definitely was. Kafka may have done okay for himself, and some accounts do describe him as a womanizer, but he's more 'robotesque' than other intellectuals in that sphere.

I'm relatively well read and a few books which really stick out to me as relevant to the r9k lifestyle are:

1. Fernando Pessoa - The Book of Disquiet
>A good book about loneliness and self isolation, not overly pessimistic or whiny at all, but rather meditative and focused on the sort of dream life that people who are cut off from normal human activities will develop for themselves.

2. John Kennedy O'Toole - A Confederacy of Dunces
>Yes, it's more of a lampoon on the average robot than a celebration, but Ignatius J. Reilly is a remarkable character and clearly the authors sympathies lie with him at least somewhat. The book was also pretty far ahead of its time in depicting the sort of NEET self aggrandizement and the humorous depiction of his feminist/cultural marxist 'girlfriend' will probably ring true to a lot of you.

Leo Tolstoy - Anna Karenina
>Anna is the best Tolstoy book for robots. The title my as well be 'bitches and whores - the novel' and most robots will respect and identify with the main character, Levin, a stylized Tolstoy self insert. Tolstoy is a pretty robot friendly author in general and you also might appreciate
>Childhood, Boyhood and Youth
>War and Peace
>Resurrection

Fyodor Dostoyevsky - White Nights
>Essential robot core, a wanderer and dreamer meets a girl one white Petersburg night and is touched by the encounter. Also check out:
>Notes From Underground
>Crime and Punishment
>The Brothers Karamazov
>Virtually anything else

I can't think of anything else super r9k at the moment but I'm probably just forgetting a bunch of stuff which would be good for robots.
