Don't beat yourself up, I would get anxiety cause of how I was a fuckup and would tell myself I was a lazy and a piece of shit. But eventually you chill out and realize being a fuckup or awkward isn't that big of a deal, and frankly is pretty common. I've met some women that were awkward as fuck
