No single point. Generally when youve spent a year outside of the system youre in a somewhat bad spot because it becomes harder and harder to enter the system again as time goes (both because of the effects on your mental state but also because the bar simply raises as you age). After a few years, getting a job or education will likely feel like almost insurmountable things. Neetdom is not inherently degenerate but living on other peoples money/resources arguably is (though, the western world is shitting itself in every department so i'm not sure how much blame can be given really).

I stopped being NEET at 19 and have rarely been happy since. At 22 I've gone back to try to live the NEET lifestyle.
