Do you have any clever methods for applying muscle rub without getting it all over your hands and clothes? It slips around on nitrile gloves because of the menthol & it is petroleum based so it soaks into napkins and rags pretty easily (huge waste).

I'm sick of having tingly fingers that I have to consciously keep away from my groin, eyes, and nose.
